The Daily Tartare
Every day, we offer a new Tartare of the Day, prepared with the best available catch: amberjack, tuna, salmon, or lesser-known but equally flavorful varieties. Paired with light sauces, citrus, or plant-based emulsions, our tartare changes with the sea, honoring its rhythms and offerings.
