At the heart of our feijoada is the black bean — the soul of the dish and a symbol of home and family. Its deep, comforting flavor is enhanced by a rich, aromatic red prawn broth, elevated with oil, garlic, and green tabasco for a lively, spicy touch. The core of the dish is enriched with red prawn tartare, seared calamari rings, tender cod, and golden bites of swordfish. All served with cachaça, the iconic Brazilian spirit that adds warmth and depth, while a curated background soundtrack brings the sound of Brazil to the table.
