From the hands of Eva Galimberti, a self-taught pastry chef, comes a unique and delightful journey into the world of desserts, ready to be discovered.
Starting at 8 AM, you’ll find a selection of pastries that are predominantly vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free, crafted with alternative, high-quality ingredients. 🥐✨ Croissants, pralines, macarons, and seasonally inspired cakes are just some of the highlights.
From 10 AM, the offerings expand to include a second breakfast and brunch, featuring dishes like avocado toast, pancakes, and acai bowls. 🥑🥞 Perfectly paired with coffee, fresh juices, or protein smoothies.
In the afternoon, the Pastry Lab transforms into a tea room, while in the evening, it offers reinvented classic desserts, such as tarte tatin and vegan panna cotta with fresh persimmons. 🍵🍮
