As many of you already know, at Cactus Milano, we refresh our menu every month and a half, both à la carte and tasting, to pay homage to a special vegetable or a family of vegetables. 🥕🌽✨

We divide the season into two parts, allowing us to craft as many recipes as possible while respecting the seasonality and availability of ingredients. 🍃👩‍🍳
