At Cactus Milano, we’ve turned it into a special ritual—designed for those who seek lightness without giving up pleasure, variety without excess, and creativity without limits.

Our brunch isn’t just a basic mix of sweet and savory. It’s a carefully crafted experience—a small journey through unexpected flavors and dishes that change with the seasons. The idea is to offer a broad yet balanced selection, where every course tells a bit of our story: our passion for vegetables, our respect for ingredients, and our love for detail.
The brunch menu is never ordinary
Every weekend, Chef Alessio Sebastiani presents a brunch selection that is always new, always surprising. You might start with a tomato and grilled tabacchiera peach salad, or a beetroot hummus served with toasted rye bread and crispy vegetables. For seafood lovers, there’s our salmon toast with avocado cream, lime, and fresh sprouts, or marinated amberjack with citrus, timut pepper, and wild fennel. There’s also room for heartier options like poached eggs on whole grain bread with pea cream and feta, or homemade veggie burgers with fermented purple cabbage and saffron vegan mayo. All paired with freshly pressed juices, quality coffee, and signature brunch cocktails.

Sweet endings at brunch
The final touch is always sweet—but never predictable. From our Pastry Lab, a new series of creations comes out every week, depending on seasonal fruit and the inspiration of pastry chef Eva Galimberti. Think mini carrot and cinnamon cakes, mango mousse with crunchy granola, pancakes with peanut butter and fig compote, or Sicilian granita scoops served with a warm, lightly salted brioche. Every bite is a discovery.
