At Cactus Milano, we’ve turned it into a special ritual designed for those who seek lightness without giving up pleasure, variety without excess, and creativity without limits.

Our brunch is not a simple mix of sweet and savory. It’s a carefully curated experience — a small journey through unexpected flavors and seasonal dishes. The idea is to offer a menu that is broad yet harmonious, where every plate tells a story about us: our love for vegetables, our respect for raw ingredients, and our passion for details.
A brunch menu that’s never ordinary
Every weekend, Chef Alessio Sebastiani creates a dedicated brunch selection — always new, always surprising. You might start with a tomato and grilled tabacchiera peach salad, or a beet hummus served with toasted rye bread and crunchy vegetables. Seafood lovers will find our salmon toast with avocado cream, lime and fresh sprouts, or our citrus-marinated amberjack with timut pepper and wild fennel. There’s also room for heartier options, like poached eggs on wholegrain bread with pea cream and feta, or our homemade plant-based burgers with fermented purple cabbage and vegan saffron mayo. Everything is paired with fresh juices, specialty coffee and cocktails crafted just for brunch.

Desserts made for brunch
The finale is always sweet — but never predictable. Every week, our Pastry Lab creates new desserts inspired by seasonal fruit and by the imagination of pastry chef Eva Galimberti. Carrot and cinnamon mini cakes, mango mousse with crunchy granola, pancakes with peanut butter and fig compote, Sicilian granita scoops served with a savory brioche… every bite is a discovery.
